Facing a 3rd wave of digital and smart technology transformation in 2018, Chen Qinxiang, the then vice chairman of the board, assumed his position as chairman of Pershing. He looked at the situation in Pershing from multiple perspectives; technical capabilities, artificial intelligence and big data. It was after his initial review he began to push for internal transformation, establishing the “Strategic Innovation Center” and personally leading the team. This team developed “Pershing Intelligent Service Robot – Hi Bao”, an exclusive service robot with consulting services and artificial intelligence technology. AI can be utilized to deal with many issues, including attendance, corporate welfare, automatic meeting room scheduling, optimized service processes etc, increasing customer satisfaction efficiency. In 2018-2020, Pershing formed a team focusing on rebranding and upgrading the company, adding “technological services” to the company name. This name and brand change is the next step as Pershing builds upon its cultural cornerstone of “stable realism.” Pershing has added the spirit of “smart technology, heartfelt service,” and takes every opportunity of service as the basis for better achievement of customers’ goals, creating win-win opportunities for PTSC and customers alike.

In addition, the digital transformation office was established in 2020, starting from the inside and extending the service scope to small and medium-sized enterprises, launching digital transformation consulting services that stem from the thinking mode of “design thinking” and “data thinking.” Design service content is fully customized, clarifying the real transformation pain points and needs, and provides the most suitable plan for digital transformation.
