What is Pershing in my mind? The office environment is clean and comfortable, and it is a place where employees are willing to learn and grow. The chairman is exceedingly kind, and the supervisors are incredibly open and willing to listen to our feedback. We do not have a culture of overtime work and the focus is on efficiency and effective practices.
