The DBSAFER Cybersecurity Education Center was officially inaugurated today (Oct 28).
The DBSAFER Cybersecurity Education Center was officially inaugurated today, marking a new milestone in cybersecurity collaboration among PTSC, WEMB, and Fast Distributed Cloud Computing.
In an era of rapid advancements in AI and cloud services, cybersecurity challenges continue to escalate. Through this strategic partnership, three companies aim to strengthen cybersecurity resilience for enterprises by promoting cybersecurity education, talent development, and international knowledge exchange.
Sean, Chairman of PTSC, emphasized that “implementing technology is just the beginning — only through education and talent cultivation can cybersecurity truly take root.” As the financial impact of global cyber incidents continues to rise and AI-driven attacks become increasingly complex, PTSC has long been dedicated to delivering enterprise cybersecurity solutions that integrate global technologies with local implementation.
With the establishment of the DBSAFER Cybersecurity Education Center, PTSC seeks to help enterprises move beyond technology adoption toward strengthening capabilities — creating a sustainable, education-driven cybersecurity framework for long-term resilience.
Mr. Park Chon Oh, representative of PNPSECURE, the original developer of DBSAFER, stated “Taiwan marks our first international expansion. The DBSAFER Cybersecurity Education Center is more than a training facility — it is a platform that bridges original technology, local practice, and academic education.” PNPSECURE will continue to support course development and instructor training, enabling enterprises to localize international cybersecurity standards and build a more robust defense structure.
Mr. Kim Soo Hyun, representative of WEMB, added “Cybersecurity is the cornerstone of digital transformation. Only by building a secure foundation can innovation and efficiency truly thrive.” WEMB will continue working closely with PTSC and PNPSECURE to introduce and localize cybersecurity solutions tailored to Taiwan’s market needs, transforming global best practices into localized excellence and strengthening Taiwan’s digital resilience.
Located at PTSC’s Neihu B10 office, the DBSAFER Cybersecurity Education Center features dedicated classrooms, examination spaces, and simulated lab environments, offering a complete blend of theory and hands-on training. Courses range from beginner to expert levels with official DBSAFER certification programs, and will gradually expand to include international cybersecurity certification and customized corporate training.
The first class is scheduled to begin in November 2025, with future curriculum plans to cover Cloud Security, AI Security, and Zero Trust Architecture by 2026. PTSC also plans to promote industry-academia collaboration, nurturing cybersecurity professionals with real-world expertise to strengthen enterprise and industry-level defense capabilities.
The launch of the DBSAFER Cybersecurity Education Center marks not only a key milestone in Taiwan–Korea cybersecurity collaboration, but also reflects PTSC’s core belief — “Strengthening the Future of Cybersecurity Through Education.”
Moving forward, PTSC will continue to introduce the latest international cybersecurity technologies and training programs, combining global insight with local expertise to build a comprehensive learning ecosystem that integrates education, practice, and certification. Together with industry partners, PTSC is committed to strengthening enterprise security and fostering a trusted digital environment for all.
