As AI evolves from an innovation topic into a core driver of enterprise competitiveness, the 2026 IBM Solutions Day centered on a critical question: how to scale AI effectively. The event brought together IBM experts and ecosystem partners to address key challenges and practical approaches across data governance, system integration, and practical deployment—guiding enterprises in building scalable and governed AI architectures that truly integrate into business operations.
As a participating partner, PTSC contributed through both exhibition showcases and breakout sessions. Drawing on hands-on experience, we shared practical approaches to AI adoption and highlighted diverse use cases and solutions for enterprise implementation.
At the exhibition, PTSC showcased two essential capabilities for enterprises in the AI era: a strong data foundation and actionable AI applications.
On the data resilience front, we demonstrated how multi-layer protection and backup mechanisms help ensure data security and business continuity—forming a reliable digital backbone. On the AI application side, we highlighted how AI agents and process automation can connect internal and external systems, streamline workflows, and enhance operational efficiency.
Together, these capabilities illustrate how enterprises can balance stability and innovation to accelerate digital transformation.
In the breakout session “Data-Driven × AI in Practice,” Janet Hsueh, General Manager of PTSC, presented “Enterprise AI in Action: Turning Innovation into Growth.” The session outlined practical strategies for advancing AI adoption.
According to recent research, while over 80% of enterprises have adopted AI, only a small percentage have successfully scaled it. This indicates that the challenge has shifted—from adopting technology to continuously generating business value from AI.
To address this, PTSC introduced a three-stage approach:
(1) Quick Wins Stage: Rapidly deploy AI tools to validate use cases and deliver immediate value.
(2) Integration Stage: Connect core enterprise systems to build a unified AI platform.
(3) Scale Stage: Leverage multi-agent architectures to enable cross-system automation and intelligent decision-making.
Real-world examples—including smart service counters, knowledge management, and IT operations—demonstrated how AI evolves from isolated tools into a core enterprise capability.
As AI technology continues to advance, its role is shifting from a supporting tool to a digital workforce capable of understanding, collaborating, and executing tasks. By establishing a strong data foundation and scalable AI architecture, enterprises can significantly improve operational efficiency and build long-term competitive advantage.
PTSC remains committed to partnering with enterprises to drive AI adoption, leveraging data as the foundation to enable scalable transformation and unlock new growth opportunities in a rapidly evolving market.
